At The Charleston Sisters, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery generally takes 1–7 business days, depending on your shipping destination and the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions

High seasonal order volumes

Public holidays

Transportation disruptions

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Such delays do not qualify for order cancellation or compensation.
3. Shipping Origin
To reduce unnecessary waste, improve efficiency, and support a more sustainable fulfillment process, many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners and suppliers.
Depending on the product ordered, shipments may originate from supplier facilities, including fulfillment centers located in China.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or government fees that may apply in their country or region.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and following delivery updates provided by the shipping carrier.
If the carrier indicates that a package is available for pickup at a local collection point, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the carrier's specified timeframe.

We kindly ask customers to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will make every reasonable effort to update the address, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
A shipment will be considered successfully delivered once the shipping carrier marks the package as Delivered to the address provided by the customer.
The Charleston Sisters is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Packages that are not collected from a pickup location within the carrier's required timeframe.

Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us or our fulfillment partner due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address

Failure to collect the package

Refusal to accept delivery

Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Refunds for returned shipments may be reduced by any shipping, handling, return shipping, or administrative costs incurred.
